A Fresh Start for Quick Reads

Morning! Some really lovely news: the Reading Agency has relaunched its Quick Reads campaign and announced its stories for 2020! In case you don't know, Quick Reads is a project that promotes adult literacy (one in six adults struggles with reading in the UK). You may remember that funding was withdrawn a few years ago and Jojo Moyes stepped in to save the project - what a rock star! Well, I'm honoured and thrilled to be a part of the 2020 list - I've contributed a short story to a collection called A Fresh Start, alongside shorts by stars like Ian Rankin and Sophie Kinsella. Novels include The Donor by Clare Mackintosh and The Little Dreams of Lara Cliffe by Milly Johnson and each book is just £1.
